Can I process images with the API?
You can use the API with prepaid funds for $0.20 per completed result and batches of up to 20 images. API requests do not spend your free website allowance. API documentation
When is money taken from my balance?
Website uploads: Uploads automatically use a signed-in balance of $0.20 or more. You pay only after a completed result is ready for download. Below that amount, available free use applies.
Do failed or canceled images cost anything?
A failed image or a cancellation before completion costs nothing. A completed image with a quality warning still uses the usual charge.
Are refunds available?
An account balance is not refunded automatically. To discuss a payment or processing issue, contact support@removesynthid.com and we may provide a refund, credit or suitable compensation. Refunds that are approved use the original payment method; closing the service means unused funds will be refunded.
How much time do I have to download results?
You have one hour to download a completed image. Save the file before it expires. Deletion after completion does not undo the charge.
