Responsible use
Modify images only when you have the right to do so. Compliance with relevant laws, contracts, platform rules and disclosure requirements remains your responsibility.
Service quality
Availability determines whether the service can be provided. Processing may be unsuccessful or change pixels and metadata. Removal, detector outcomes, availability, fitness and exact preservation are not guaranteed.
Image charges
Where enabled, signed-in accounts with funds use their balance automatically, with $0.20 charged only once a completed image can be downloaded. A completed image with a text or quality warning is successful processing and carries the usual charge. Read any warning before you use the result. No charge applies to failure or cancellation before completion, but deletion or expiry of a completed result does not reverse payment. Results can be downloaded for one hour. On the website, accounts with less than $0.20 available may fall back to the limited free allowance. API processing always uses prepaid balance, with no free quota.
Payments and refunds
USD is the currency for all prices and balances. Your balance is used to pay for image processing on RemoveSynthID.com.
Funding starts at $3 and is subject to the provider's transaction limits. There is no account balance ceiling imposed by the site, nor any subscription or automatic refill. Funds are limited to image processing, with no transfers to other accounts or cash withdrawals. Adding funds does not assure immediate or unlimited processing because availability can be limited. Applicable tax appears in Checkout before the funding payment and is added separately from usable balance. A balance is not refunded automatically. For billing or processing problems, email support@removesynthid.com; a refund, credit or other appropriate compensation may be offered. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. If the service shuts down, we will refund unused funds. Your bank can take additional time to finalize a refund. These conditions leave your consumer rights intact.
Using bonus credit
If an offer includes a funding bonus, $10–$24.99 payments earn $1 extra credit and payments starting at $25 earn $3, calculated before tax. These rules apply to each eligible purchase, whether preset or custom. The extra credit cannot be cashed out or transferred and has no expiry, including after the promotion ends. Your paid balance covers processing first, followed by your oldest bonus credit. Refunds we approve and disputed payments reduce the original bonus in proportion to the returned principal, with cumulative rounding to cents; spent credit from the reversed bonus reduces the cash amount available for refund. Reinstated disputed funds restore only amounts not already refunded. Earlier purchases are excluded from this bonus offer.
Provider responsibilities
Do not call a processed or not-detected file human-created simply because no signal is found. Infrastructure providers, OpenAI or Google can handle data for the relevant feature under separate provider terms.
Protection and contact
To protect users, providers, budgets and infrastructure, we may reject, limit, cancel or remove activity. Bypassing limits and accessing another user's files or credentials are prohibited. For questions, contact support@removesynthid.com.
