Responsible use
Modify images only when you have the right to do so. Compliance with relevant laws, contracts, platform rules and disclosure requirements remains your responsibility.
Service quality
Availability determines whether the service can be provided. Processing may be unsuccessful or change pixels and metadata. Removal, detector outcomes, availability, fitness and exact preservation are not guaranteed.
Image charges
A paid selection of 1–4 images costs 1 credit per completed image, while 5–100 images are quoted at half a credit each. If other files fail validation, never arrive or are canceled, valid funded images still process at the accepted price. Quality warnings do not remove the agreed credit usage from completed results, but failures and cancellation before completion use no credits. Completed results last one hour; their expiry or deletion does not restore the credits used. Accounts with less than 1 available credit may use the website's limited free allowance; API uploads require credits without a free quota. Earlier accepted uploads keep the credit amount saved at acceptance.

Buy a pack or select a custom amount that meets the minimum displayed before checkout and the payment provider's transaction limits. No subscription, automatic refill or site-imposed balance ceiling applies. Only image processing can use purchased credits; account transfers and cash withdrawals are unavailable. Processing availability can vary, and buying credits guarantees neither immediate nor unlimited processing. Any tax appears at checkout and is excluded from usable credits. Refunds require review; contact support@removesynthid.com for billing or processing issues, and we may provide a refund, credit or other compensation. We return approved refunds to the payment method originally used and refund unused paid funds if the service closes. Your bank's processing can delay completion of the refund. These terms leave your statutory consumer rights intact.
Using bonus credit
Each eligible purchase retains the bonus displayed before payment, including custom amounts, with tax excluded from eligibility. Bonuses cannot be cashed out or transferred, never expire, have no cash value and remain usable beyond the offer. The spending order is purchased credits, then the oldest eligible bonus. Refunds approved by us and payment disputes proportionally reverse the original bonus using cumulative rounding in the payment currency, and spent portions of a reversed bonus reduce paid funds eligible for refund. After a dispute is won, only the credits remaining due after other refunds return. Bonuses are not backdated to previous purchases.
Feedback credit offer
A qualifying feedback offer adds 6 credits to Standard or 15 to Maximum, totaling 61 or 157 without a price change. Earlier checkouts retain their original amount. Neither Starter nor custom amounts qualify. An email receives it once across our websites, usable on its issuing site for seven days after the first send attempt. One payment session reserves it until paid or closed unpaid. You can unsubscribe or decline to reply and still use an issued offer. The added credits require confirmed payment and use the above promotional refund rules.
Provider responsibilities
Do not call a processed or not-detected file human-created simply because no signal is found. Infrastructure providers, OpenAI or Google can handle data for the relevant feature under separate provider terms.
Protection and contact
To protect users, providers, budgets and infrastructure, we may reject, limit, cancel or remove activity. Bypassing limits and accessing another user's files or credentials are prohibited. For questions, contact support@removesynthid.com.
